W444 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules

Welcome to w444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and w444 ("Platform", "we"), governing access to and use of all services available at w444.world, including Sports Betting, online casino, bonuses, promotions, and responsible gambling tools.

By accessing, creating an account, or using any feature of w444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms described herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

The w444 operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing sports betting and online entertainment platforms, including the provisions of Law No. 13.756/2018 and other regulatory rules issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of Awards and Betting (SPA). Your login password is personal and non-transferable. The w444 strongly recommends using a unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in the account security panel. The platform will never request your password via email, chat, or any other channel — any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported immediately.

The w444 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Brazilian users:

• Bank slip (Boleto) — minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, confirmation within 1 to 3 business days;

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method held in the user's own name, with a CPF matching the registration at w444. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the sender; the user's account may be suspended pending investigation.

The w444 does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank charges or card fees are the responsibility of the user's bank or card provider and are not controlled by the platform. The amount credited to the w444 refers to the net amount received by the platform after any third-party deductions.

The user may request a withdrawal of their real balance (amounts deposited directly, not originating from bonuses with pending wagering requirements) at any time, provided the account is active and verified. The minimum withdrawal balance is R$ 20.00.

The available withdrawal methods are:

• Pix — recommended method. Processed in under 3 minutes, available 24/7, no fees;
• TED Transfer — processed within 24 business hours, subject to banking schedules;
• Credit card chargeback — available when the deposit was made by card; processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the card issuer.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or Pix key registered under the account holder's CPF at w444. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms. A w444 does not process withdrawals to accounts identified with a CPF different from the account holder's.

The w444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above R$ 1,000.00 per request or when transaction patterns show inconsistencies. This is part of our regulatory anti-money laundering obligations and is not a reflection of distrust toward the user.

General Betting Rules:

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out is available for that specific event;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the ticket, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• The w444 reserves the right to correct odds resulting from obvious technical or pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled and refunded;
• In accumulator bets (multiples), all selections must be correct for the ticket to win. If one selection is voided (due to a cancelled or suspended event), the ticket odds are recalculated without that selection;
• Bets on cancelled events are fully refunded to the user's balance.

Suspended or interrupted events are settled according to the official result declared by the organization responsible for the tournament. If no official result is declared within 36 hours of the original match time, bets are refunded. The w444 uses official, verified sources to determine results — in the event of a discrepancy between sources, the tournament organization's decision prevails.

The live betting feature is subject to technical availability and may be temporarily suspended during match interruptions or at the platform's discretion. Live bets accepted before a suspension remain valid. The w444 is not liable for unplaced bets resulting from temporary system unavailability.

• The real balance deposited by the user remains available for withdrawal at any time, regardless of bonus requirement status. Bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are held until the requirements are met;

The w444 is committed to responsible gambling practices and provides practical tools to help users maintain full control over their experience on the platform. Betting should be a leisure activity — and the w444 keeps it that way.

Tools available in the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Bet limit — set a maximum amount per individual bet;
• Loss limit — set a maximum net loss per period;
• Session time alert — set up notifications to help manage the time you spend on the platform;
• Temporary self-exclusion — request a break from 1 day up to 6 months. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and depositing or placing bets is not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account. This process is irreversible.

If a self-excluded user attempts to create a new account on the platform, the account will be cancelled and any deposited balance will be returned to the original payment method.

The w444 monitors usage patterns and may temporarily suspend or close accounts that show behavior inconsistent with expected use, without prior notice, while an investigation is conducted. The user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before any final account closure decision is made, except in cases of serious and unequivocal violations.

The w444 processes users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and use of the platform is used exclusively for the provision of contracted services, compliance with regulatory obligations, and communications related to the user's account.

The w444 does not sell, transfer, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with operational partners strictly necessary for service delivery (such as payment gateways and identity providers) and with regulatory authorities when required by law.

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data, which may be exercised via support chat or email:

• Confirmation that personal data is processed by w444;
• Access to personal data held by the platform;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information;
• Portability of data to another service provider;
• Deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in violation of the LGPD;

The w444 is not liable for financial losses arising from participation in Sports Betting or casino games. Betting involves inherent risk, and uncertain outcomes are a fundamental part of the activity. The user acknowledges that wagered amounts may be lost and accepts this risk when using the platform's services.

The w444 does not guarantee uninterrupted system availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance; unplanned outages due to technical failure or force majeure do not give rise to any right to compensation. The platform makes reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and ensure the integrity of bets placed before any interruption.

The w444 is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or logging in from compromised devices. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials secure.

All elements that make up the platform w444 — including the brand, logo, graphical interface, text, images, icons, navigation structure, source code, and all other content — are the exclusive property of w444 or its licensors and are protected under Brazilian intellectual property law (Law No. 9,279/1996 and Law No. 9,610/1998).

Access to the platform does not grant the user any license or rights over the intellectual property of w444. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any element of the platform is prohibited without the express prior authorization of w444. Violations of these rights subject the offender to the penalties provided under applicable law.

The w444 may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, service improvements, or operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated to users by email or via in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect, except where a regulatory requirement mandates a shorter timeframe.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date — the available real balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules.

The user may voluntarily close their account at w444 at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, the available real balance is returned via Pix or TED to the account holder within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonus balances with pending wagering requirements are not converted or refunded upon voluntary closure.

The w444 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or submitting fraudulent documents;
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes or well-founded suspicion of money laundering;
• Creation of a duplicate account;
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism;
• Abusive behavior toward the support team or other users;
• Filing an unjustified chargeback with the card issuer.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, balances derived from bonuses or irregular activity may be cancelled. Balances from regular deposits made by the user will be returned upon completion of the investigation, provided no proven connection to the identified irregularities exists.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the w444 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts, with the elected venue in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, except in cases where Brazilian consumer protection law establishes a different venue in favor of the consumer.

Before pursuing legal action, the user may seek direct resolution with the support team at w444, available 24 hours a day via live chat or by email at contato@w444.world. The platform is committed to responding to and resolving complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Use of the platform by legal entities or professionals operating in the betting industry is not permitted without a specific contract in place with the w444. These Terms apply exclusively to the consumer relationship established between w444 and the individual user.
